Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting a Night Dispatcher for a well-established transportation and logistics company in Moncton, NB . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an organized and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating drivers, freight, and overnight operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and dispatch overnight drivers to ensure efficient freight movement. Coordinate overnight and early morning pickup and delivery appointments. Monitor and coordinate the movement of empty and loaded trailers. Schedule and coordinate trailer drop-offs and pickups. Dispatch and communicate with shunt drivers for terminal and plant operations. Prepare and distribute driver paperwork and trip information. Communicate with drivers, customers, terminals, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Identify and troubleshoot logistical challenges while ensuring customer service expectations are met. Complete other administrative and dispatch duties as required. Qualifications Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or a similar coordination role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions under pressure. Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts. Proficient with computers and standard office software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. What We Offer $20.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour night shift premium ($21.00/hour) + 4% vacation pay. Temp-to-permanent opportunity with long-term potential.
