Job DescriptionJob Description The Radisson Hotel Winnipeg Downtown is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing overnight hotel operations, completing daily financial audits, and delivering exceptional guest service during the night shift. Qualifications: Previous hotel experience is required. Proficiency with OPERA PMS is required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays . Key Responsibilities: Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions. Balance guest accounts and prepare end-of-day financial reports. Process guest arrivals, departures, and reservations as required. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns. Verify the accuracy of room rates, charges, and payment transactions. Communicate relevant operational information to management and front office staff.
