New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance Location: Collingwood, ON (Huntsville office) Compensation Hired salary range: $44,000 to $55,000 (35‑hour work week). Commission available. Responsibilities Identify sales opportunities, recommend appropriate personal lines insurance solutions, and close new business. Leverage insurance knowledge and strong sales skills to assess clients’ home, auto, and lifestyle insurance needs. Assess client needs and recommend home, auto, and lifestyle insurance solutions. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to support growth. Manage client inquiries, documentation, and concerns in line with policies and service standards. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements. Collaborate with colleagues, management, and insurance partners to foster strong team dynamics. Participate in sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities. Qualifications Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting with a proactive, sales‑driven, client‑focused approach. Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals. High attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels. Organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
