POSITION SUMMARY
The Network Coordinator, Fund Development, supports national fundraising and donor engagement to strengthen organizational growth and sustainability. The role coordinates fundraising initiatives, builds stakeholder relations, and provides communications and administrative support across the CPF Network.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Coordinate and support national fundraising and donor engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Assist with fundraising campaigns, communications, and promotional materials.
Track donations, maintain records, and support reporting activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders on development initiatives.
Support event coordination, outreach activities, and administrative tasks as required.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Full-time position (37.5 hrs/wk) until March 31st. Renewal planned on a yearly basis, dependent on confirmed funding.Starting salary, that is paid by-weekly, is commensurate with experience and qualifications ($62,000 $75,000) annually. The selected candidates performance will be evaluated after the completion of a three-month probationary period. Eligible for Group Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & Disability) and RRSP after 90 days.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Post secondary education in fundraising, marketing, communications or in a relevant field.
3+ years of relevant work experience in a fundraising environment, marketing, nonprofit communications, or a related field.
Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor/member management systems (CRM platforms considered an asset).
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
Candidates must legally be entitled to work in Canada.
Experience in the not-for-profit sector, member or volunteer-driven organizations is considered an asset.
Supports promoting the learning of both official languages and a bilingual Canada.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid Work Model- The CPF Network office follows a hybrid working model for employees living near Ottawa, allowing up to 80% of their time to be spent working remotely.
The regular office hours are between 8:30 to 4:30 EST, Monday to Friday. The person must have the ability to work on evenings and weekends as required. The position may require travel to meet with stakeholders.
May involve occasional light physical tasks (e.g., lifting office supplies or equipment up to 20 lbs).

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) du rseau, dveloppement philanthropique, soutient les activits nationales de collecte de fonds et lengagement des donateurs afin de renforcer la croissance et la prennit de lorganisation. Le rle consiste coordonner des initiatives de financement, dvelopper les relations avec les parties prenantes et offrir un soutien en communication et en administration travers le rseau de CPF.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITS
Coordonner et soutenir les initiatives nationales de collecte de fonds et dengagement des donateurs.
tablir et maintenir des relations avec les donateurs, partenaires et parties prenantes.
Participer aux campagnes de financement, aux communications et la prparation de matriel promotionnel.
Assurer le suivi des dons, maintenir les dossiers jour et soutenir les activits de reddition de comptes.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes dans le cadre dinitiatives de dveloppement.
Soutenir la coordination dvnements, les activits de rayonnement et diverses tches administratives au besoin.
CONDITIONS DEMPLOI
Poste temps plein (37,5 heures/semaine) jusquau 31 mars. Renouvellement prvu annuellement, sous rserve du financement confirm. Excellentes comptences en communication orale et crite, en franais et en anglais.

ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL
Modle de travail hybride Le bureau du rseau CPF applique un modle de travail hybride pour les employs rsidant prs dOttawa, permettant jusqu 80 % du temps en tltravail.
Les heures normales de bureau sont de 8 h 30 16 h 30 (HNE), du lundi au vendredi. La personne retenue doit tre en mesure de travailler occasionnellement les soirs et les fins de semaine, selon les besoins. Le poste peut ncessiter des dplacements afin de rencontrer des parties prenantes.
