We are currently seeking a
Network and Security Technician
to join our IT team! Our team manages the information systems and provides IT support and cybersecurity for our group of growing manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the IT Scrum Team.
Network and Systems Administration.
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Administration.
IT asset management.
Diagnose and solve network/computer/software issues.
Work with end users to address their requests/problems in a friendly and helpful manner.
Participate in Cybersecurity program development.
Configure and support security tools such as firewalls, XDR, patch management, and SIEM.
Participate in the administration of network security policies, access control and corporate data safeguards.
Participate in the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.
Travel to other locations (occasional)
