Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary The Moving Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for individuals and families relocating internationally or across the Canada–United States border. This role combines consultative sales, logistics coordination, and exceptional customer service to guide clients through every stage of the relocation process. The consultant is responsible for understanding each client's moving requirements, preparing accurate quotations, educating customers on customs and documentation requirements, following up on sales opportunities, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Operations once the move has been booked.
