We are a full-day Montessori inspired program seeking an ECE Montessori Teacher in our 3-5-year-old class. Our ideal candidate will be: Passionate and Committed to make a difference in the life of children A kind, gentle warm and caring educator Great team player who is willing be accountable to management Excellent example to the preschoolers A strong visionary yet flexible leader in the classroom Duties will include but are not limited to: Observing, guiding, supervising and assessing preschoolers in a classroom environment Leading and managing children in a classroom setting of a group up to 25 Planning and implementing engaging crafts and hands-on learning experiences Communicating with parents and staff in an effective and positive way What we can offer to you: A vibrant, fun working environment in a beautiful setting A full-time position $27-29/hour depending on training and experience Health, 5 Days sick leaves, 2 weeks paid vacation, and Extended Insurance to commence after probation. Candidates must have: Montessori experience: 3-5 year experience preferred or willing to take Montessori program.
