Role Summary
We are hiring for a
Mobile UX Designer - AI & Product
Experience. In this role, you will help create intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences while contributing to AI-powered product capabilities and scalable design systems. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions across multiple product areas.
Key Responsibilities
You'll design and deliver mobile product features aligned with product goals and roadmap priorities.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications.
Work closely with engineering teams to support implementation, testing, and iterative improvements.
Help improve onboarding experiences, navigation patterns, workflows, and integrated product features.
Support the design and evolution of AI-powered experiences, including chat, voice, and vision-based interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent features into the mobile platform.
Contribute to defining interaction patterns and user experience frameworks for AI-driven capabilities.
Maintain and enhance the mobile design system, including reusable components and design patterns.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across multiple mobile products and feature areas.
Conduct UX reviews and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce user friction.
Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and collaborative planning activities.
Help align user experiences across multiple product areas, including forms, documents, issues, and media-related workflows.
Must-Have Skills
4 to 8 years of experience in Mobile UX/UI Design.
Strong mobile product design experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components.
Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and interaction patterns.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
Exposure to agentic tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience designing
AI-driven user experiences

Familiarity with

design guidelines.
Experience working on enterprise software or
SaaS
platforms.
Ability to contribute to front-end implementation activities.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
