We are currently looking for an experienced and business-oriented M&M and Agri Lead to lead the development and commercial growth of our Mining & Metals (M&M) and Agriculture & Food sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial activities related to the Agriculture, Food, Mining & Metals sectors. Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand Bureau Veritas services within targeted markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion. Manage client inquiries, proposals, contracts, negotiations, and project execution from initiation to completion. Ensure achievement of revenue targets, profitability objectives, and departmental KPIs. Coordinate closely with operational, finance, legal, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery. Participate in local and international negotiations, tenders, and strategic business initiatives. Monitor market developments, assess commercial and operational risks, and develop mitigation plans. Lead, coach, and develop the team while fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, ethical standards, and regulatory obligations. Prepare business reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic recommendations for management. Requirements Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Agriculture, Mining, Metallurgy, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, project management, or sales leadership roles. Proven experience within Agriculture, Food, Mining, Metals, Inspection, Certification, or Industrial sectors. Strong business development and key account management skills. Experience in contract negotiation and commercial project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP systems.
