Our client is a growing mining company who are searching for an experienced, French speaking Mining Executive to be located in Quebec (Montreal preferred or within two hours of city). Duties Include: Manage all strategic, operational, capital-market initiatives, project development, ensures strict compliance with mining regulations, and manages relationships with external investors, the Board, First Nations, and government authorities. Lead the management team, delegating duties and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Serve as the face of the company, communicating with investors, media, the public, and key stakeholders. Lead financing rounds, M&A activities and maintain clear, compliant reporting to major stakeholders. Navigate mining and environmental laws, including working within the environmental assessment processes. Oversee all mine management and facilities meet safety, production, and environmental targets. Candidate Should Possess; 15+ years of progressive, international executive-level experience in the mining sector, specifically within project development and production. Fluency in French, both written and verbal. University degree in mining, geology or related degree, advanced degree useful. Demonstrated track record in capital-raising, liaising with financial institutions, investors, etc. Proven executive track record within mining operations.
