Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for an experienced Red Seal or 4th Year Apprentice Millwright for an exciting opportunity in Delta, BC. What is offered? Base Rate: $48/hour $52/hour when on the night shift Schedule: Continental 12-hour shift that rotates every 2 weeks (only work 7 days very 2 weeks) Pension plan with employer matching Strong benefits program Annual tool allowance Team-oriented work environment with a great culture Job tasks: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all health & safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) Support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Millwright Red Seal certification preferred but Level 4 Apprentices would be considered Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience using CMMS Good commuinication skills Safety minded If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply now or email your resume to Chris Hutton at chutton@fuzehr.com #BRBC
