Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a dedicated and experienced Millwright for an exciting opportunity in Delta, BC. Someone with their Red Seal Certification would be ideal, but we are open to a registered 4th Year Apprentice. Job duties: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all health & safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) Support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Millwright Red Seal certification preferred but Level 4 Apprentices would be considered Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Details: Base Rate: $48/hour Generous night shift premium Pension plan with employer matching Strong benefits program Annual tool allowance Team-oriented work environment with a great culture Schedule: Continental 12-hour shift that rotates every 2 weeks.
