The Position: Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the successful candidates’ primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Crusher operation De-watering processes Tailings management rounds All other duties related to mill operation and as assigned by the supervisor Skills and Qualifications: As outlined in the Collective Agreement, the successful candidate must: Have the ability to work rotational shifts as required to meet business needs Be physically fit, with the potential need to complete a Physical Demands Analysis Be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and performing physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy material and climbing ladders/stairs Have successfully completed, or recently passed CAAT/DAT testing Possess a valid G driver’s licence or equivalent Compensation and Benefits: Competitive total compensation package including: Health, Dental, Life, AD&D, Disability, Healthcare and Wellness Spending Accounts, Virtual Care and Employee and Family Assistance Program; Company contributions and matching into a Defined Contribution Pension Plan Additional Information: This posting is for an existing vacancy at Kidd Creek Met Site.
