We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and providing architectural leadership across Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration services. The role requires a strong combination of functional and technical expertise, with the ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, lead technical teams, establish architectural standards, and ensure successful delivery of complex CRM transformation programmes. Requirements 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, solution architecture or technology consulting At least 5 years of hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform and model-driven applications Strong understanding of D365 CE customisation and extensibility, including C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom APIs and PCF controls Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus Strong understanding of data migration, data modelling and enterprise integration patterns Experience defining security architecture, environment strategies and ALM frameworks Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and solution deployment methodologies Proven ability to lead architecture reviews and influence technical design decisions Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities Desirable Qualifications & Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification Key Deliverables End-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solution architecture and technical blueprint High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation Dataverse and Power Platform architecture standards Enterprise integration and API design specifications Data migration and governance strategy Security and access management framework Environment management and ALM strategy Architecture governance, technical reviews and design assurance Technical risk assessments and architectural recommendations Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with strong technical and architectural capabilities Confident in engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints and architectural best practices Delivery-focused, collaborative and committed to engineering excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
