Job Title: Microsoft Dynamcis CRM lead developer Location: Toronto, ON Contract Role Overview: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM SME will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing CRM solutions aligned with business objectives The role involves endtoend ownership of Dynamics CRM Sales Customer Service Marketing including solution architecture stakeholder engagement and driving transformation initiatives Key Responsibilities: Solution Delivery Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Sales Customer Service Marketing modules Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Drive endtoend CRM implementations enhancements and support engagements Ensure adherence to best practices governance and security standards Stakeholder Management Act as primary SME interface for client stakeholders business users and leadership teams Conduct workshops requirement gathering and solution walkthroughs Provide strategic guidance on CRM roadmap and transformation initiatives Technical Expertise: Handson expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Customer Service Marketing Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse Plugins Workflows Custom APIs Lead integrations with Azure services APIs thirdparty systems Oversee data migration system upgrades and performance optimization Delivery Governance Ensure quality delivery timelines and SLA adherence Support release planning deployment and environment management Identify risks and drive mitigation plans Innovation Continuous Improvement Recommend automation AIML and Copilot use cases within CRM Drive process improvements and value realization initiatives Stay updated on latest Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem advancements Required Skills Qualifications: 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365 Strong expertise in CRM functional technical aspects Handson experience with Power Platform Azure integrations Experience in solution architecture and enterprise CRM implementations Strong understanding of business processes Sales Service Marketing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Microsoft Certifications eg MB210 MB230 PL600 Experience in FMCG CPG domain Exposure to AIdriven CRM capabilities Copilot automation analytics Skills: Mandatory Skills : D365 CE - Marketing, D365 CE - Sales
