Position Summary
The Metal Fabricator is responsible for interpreting drawings and fabricating metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and drawings
Set up and operate fabrication equipment
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal
Ensure quality and accuracy
Perform basic maintenance
Work collaboratively with team members
Follow safety procedures
Qualifications
Journeyman certification or equivalent experience
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience with fabrication tools and machinery
Welding and assembly experience
Detail-oriented and reliable
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
Manual dexterity and coordination
Ability to stand for extended periods
