If so, this role is for you! As a Merchandising Associate , you will support merchandise flow and presentation to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You play a key role in maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards. Process merchandise deliveries , including receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures. Assist with visual presentation , including floor moves, product placement, signage, and housekeeping duties. Execute visual setup and changes as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment. Demonstrate product knowledge , visual presentation awareness, and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.
