As an MSR II, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day success of the branch. You’ll manage the branch treasury, and ensure members receive the exceptional service they’ve come to expect from us. You’ll also help identify opportunities to connect members with products and services that support their financial goals - all while maintaining a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and risk management.
In this role, you’ll:
Manage the branch treasury, ensuring cash levels are maintained and risk management policies and procedures are followed.
Provide professional, friendly, and accurate service to members
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by referring products and services that meet their financial needs.
Complete administrative, operational, and audit tasks to support branch compliance and effectiveness.
What You Bring:
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two years’ experience in financial services.
Experience: Knowledge of cash handling and risk management procedures.
Skills & Abilities:
A passion for helping members and delivering exceptional service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies
Bilingual proficiency in French and English considered an asset.

Salary Range: $47,135 - $55,453.
