Current registration in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO). Working experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT). Understanding of patient process and its application. Working knowledge of laboratory techniques, terminology, equipment, and materials. High-level sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion. Mathematical and scientific skills in interpretation of test results and analyses. Application of data processing and analytics. Must be knowledgeable in health & safety and environmental standards. Must possess a strong understanding of WHMIS and MSDS.
