WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are seeking an MDM Engineer with strong experience in Informatica MDM to design, implement, and support master data management solutions that ensure high-quality, trusted, and governed data across the enterprise. This role is critical in enabling customer and reference data domains to support analytics, regulatory reporting, and operational systems. You will follow end-to-end process standards and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient build-out of the MDM platform.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
MDM Solution Design & Implementation
Design and implement Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM Hub
Configure and manage data models, match/merge rules, hierarchies, and survivorship rules
Support customer and product data domains with domain-specific configurations
Data Integration & Quality
Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or CDI
Implement data quality rules and validation processes to ensure high data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and MDM-related issues in production
Data Governance & Stewardship
Work with business and data governance teams to define golden records and data standards
Support data stewardship workflows and governance processes
Contribute to data lineage, metadata management, and audit compliance requirements
System Integration
Integrate MDM solutions with upstream and downstream systems across the enterprise
Support API-based integrations and data exchange with internal and external systems
Development Practices
Participate in Agile development processes and code reviews
Maintain source code in Git repositories
Follow CI/CD pipeline practices and testing frameworks
Adhere to development and security standards
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
4–7 years of experience in MDM implementations with strong focus on Informatica MDM
Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub (Customer/Product domains preferred)
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or CDI for data integration
Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data concepts
Experience with data modeling and relational databases
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Proficiency with source control (Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of API-based integrations and microservices architecture
Experience in banking or financial services data environments
Informatica MDM certifications
