We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Dayside Crew Members to join our team. What Full-Time Dayside Means We are looking for team members who are available to work year-round during the day, Monday through Friday. Typical shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM , with availability to support at least two of our busiest daytime periods, including breakfast and lunch. A Day in the Life As a Dayside Crew Member, every shift is different. You may work in the kitchen, Front Counter, Drive-Thru, dining room, or beverage station while helping deliver outstanding guest experiences. Your responsibilities may include: Preparing food and beverages to McDonald's quality standards Serving guests in the Front Counter, Drive-Thru, or dining area Assembling dine-in, take-out, mobile, and delivery orders Taking guest orders and processing payments accurately Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, dining areas, and workstations Stocking supplies and keeping the restaurant organized Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Following food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times Qualifications Available to work daytime shifts year-round Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Friendly, positive, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to learn and take initiative Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset but not required Working Conditions Full-time daytime schedule (7-8 hour shifts, 5 days per week) Prolonged standing and walking Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Fast-paced restaurant environment Why You'll Love It Here Starting wage of $19.25 per hour Flexible scheduling 50% food discount Free uniforms Extended health benefits for eligible employees Paid training and development Opportunities for advancement A respectful, supportive workplace where you can grow your career McDonald's Canada has been serving communities since 1967, and Carpenter Enterprises (B.C.)
