Job DescriptionJob Description:\n\nTitre du poste: Manutentionnaire – Cariste (chariot élévateur) Description du poste Le ou la manutentionnaire – cariste travaille avec des chariots élévateurs assis au propane et des chariots à portée pour approvisionner les départements en matériaux, soutenir la production et préparer les expéditions dans un environnement de fabrication de produits mécaniques sur mesure destinés à des secteurs variés comme le transport ferroviaire, les télécommunications, la sécurité, la robotique industrielle et le médical. ResponsabilitésConduire de façon sécuritaire des chariots élévateurs assis au propane et des chariots à portée pour déplacer les matériaux dans l’usine.Charger et décharger les matériaux et produits à l’arrivée et au départ des camions ou des zones de réception.Approvisionner les départements de production en s’assurant que chaque station dispose des matériaux nécessaires au bon moment.Transporter les matériaux vers les bonnes stations de production et les placer aux emplacements désignés selon les procédures établies.Préparer l’emballage des produits pour l’expédition en respectant les standards de qualité et de sécurité.Déballer les colis reçus et vérifier les matériaux avant de les diriger vers les zones de stockage ou de production.Travailler dans les départements de soudure et d’assemblage au début et au milieu de la ligne de production, selon l’affectation.Utiliser la voie dédiée aux chariots élévateurs dans le département d’assemblage pour assurer une circulation sécuritaire et efficace.Participer aux activités de manutention, de cueillette et d’inventaire dans un environnement de distribution d’entrepôt et de production.Respecter en tout temps les règles de santé et sécurité, particulièrement lors de la manipulation de pièces métalliques lourdes pouvant tomber.Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé pour favoriser la sécurité et la productivité.Travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide, gérer le stress et s’adapter aux priorités changeantes de la production. Compétences EssentiellesExpérience pratique avec des chariots élévateurs et certification de cariste en règle.Expérience en manutention de matériaux dans un contexte de production, de fabrication ou d’entrepôt.Expérience dans un environnement de travail rapide et capacité à travailler sous stress.Capacité à comprendre et à s’exprimer en français ou en anglais.Connaissance des pratiques de manutention sécuritaire de produits et de pièces lourdes.Expérience en travail de production, de main-d’œuvre générale ou de distribution en entrepôt.
