Job Responsibilities Material document verification and accounting processing Inventory and physical ledger management Management of contractor-supplied-by-owner materials Invoices, Taxation and Document Archiving Submission of Internal and External Financial Statements Participate in and support internal control procedures Job Requirements Higher education or technical diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of financial experience in industrial construction, petrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas projects. Experience working on large-scale industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, EPC, or process plant construction projects. Good knowledge of Kazakhstan financial legislation and accounting standards. Relevant certifications and training certificates will be considered an advantage. English language proficiency is mandatory (both written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
