Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience Avg pay per 60-min massage: $45 -$55 (includes gratuity) Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments Steady schedule with loyal guests & members W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity) Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $45 - $50 Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $50-$55 Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $58-$80 Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $50K-$65K+ annually Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses Schedule & Benefits Full-time or part-time Weekend/evening availability preferred 10-minute turnover between services Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages Benefits may include: Paid in-house training, CE hours Family + Friends treatment discounts Full Time may be eligible for PTO Why Massage Therapists Love Spavia Award Winning Spa!
