Since our founding in 2018, we have grown from a hygiene and medical supply business into a trusted partner for organizations across Canada, supplying PPE, lab supplies, and medical devices under a Health Canada Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL). Our customers range from healthcare providers and laboratories to food processors, retail supply chains, and industrial operations. With strong sourcing capabilities, an established distribution network, and a reputation for reliable supply, we are now positioned for our next stage of growth: expanding into new markets, broadening our product portfolio, and launching new products. The Role We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape and drive that growth. This role goes beyond maintaining existing marketing. You will identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential product lines, and lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches. You will also strengthen the Young Wave brand, build our digital presence, and work closely with leadership and the sales team to turn market insight into new business. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer to make a direct impact on the company's direction. Key Responsibilities Develop, direct, and evaluate marketing strategies for our PPE, lab supply, and medical device product lines Analyze market research, sales data, and industry trends to guide pricing, product mix, and business decisions Conduct market and commercial surveys to identify new customer segments, including food processing, healthcare, laboratory, retail supply chain, and industrial buyers Evaluate competitor positioning and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies Direct the development and maintenance of the company website and online store, including product listings, SEO, and e-commerce performance Oversee written content for the website, blog, and newsletter, including product specifications, glove and respirator selection guides, and educational material Develop promotional materials such as product catalogues, spec sheets, brochures, case studies, and sales presentations Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns, including digital, email, and trade publications, to promote product sales Coordinate trade shows, industry events, customer workshops, and product promotions Identify new market opportunities and lead the planning, positioning, and launch of new products Plan and control the marketing budget and expenditures Work with the sales team to consult with clients after sale, gather feedback, and support ongoing account relationships Supervise marketing staff Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 3 to less than 5 years of senior marketing experience Previous experience in a related market (PPE, medical supplies, hospitals or healthcare facilities, or industrial distribution) preferred Understanding of healthcare or food-safety procurement and product compliance is an asset Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to quoting "Marketing Manager."
