We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a current co-op student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology, digital marketing, and startup growth.
The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our leadership, product, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role offers exposure to content creation, social media, digital campaigns, branding, events, and healthcare technology marketing.
You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects that impact company growth while developing practical skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media:
Create, edit, and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Assist with content planning and campaign execution.
Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and promotional assets.
Digital Marketing:
Support email marketing campaigns and audience management.
Assist with website updates and content management.
Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Brand & Communications:
Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant healthcare technology developments.
Support public relations, partnership announcements, and product launch activities.
Sales & Business Development Support:
Assist in developing presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials.
Support event preparation, webinars, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
Marketing Operations:
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
Organize marketing assets and documentation.
Assist with reporting and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Interest in healthcare, technology, AI, or startup environments is highly desirable.
