Job Summary
Marketing Associate
– Location: Grimsby, ON – Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
As a versatile Marketing Associate, you will own day‑to‑day marketing tasks across campaigns, graphic design, copywriting, desktop publishing, digital marketing, analytics, trade shows, video, social media, AI, CRM, and sales support. Your role will support multiple departments and drive execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation – Assist with desktop publishing, graphics, infographics, video clips, and social media content.
Product Marketing – Design and administer equipment decals, faceplates, sell sheets, and manuals.
Marketing Collateral – Manage print‑on‑demand portal, print fulfillment, and related administrative duties for US and Canada.
Web & Digital Support – Update company website content and assist with digital marketing, SEO, and campaign performance reporting.
Marketing Automation & AI – Apply hyper‑personalization, predictive insights, AI‑assisted content generation, data analysis, and automation to improve efficiency.
CRM Support & Sales Enablement – Provide field support for CRM operations such as quoting, lead import/qualification, and inter‑company marketing initiatives.
Event Coordination & Operations – Administer trade show and event logistics, including credit card receipt management.
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, ad platforms, social media platforms, and data analytics.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce) and WordPress.
Experience with D365 Commerce/Sitebuilder highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong project management, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency (English & French) considered a strong asset.
