About the Role
We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive
Marketing Administrator
to support our marketing team across campaign execution, content coordination, website updates, social media support, influencer communications, and day-to-day marketing administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, following through on details, coordinating moving pieces, and supporting a fast-paced marketing function across multiple outdoor brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the right candidate will help ensure campaigns, product launches, content updates, and administrative tasks move forward smoothly and on time.
This is a hands-on support role that requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities
This is multifaceted role representing B2B, B2C and manufacturing environments.

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Coordination:
Track and develop workbacks, key timelines, deadlines, creative assets, approvals, launch dates, and follow-up tasks.•
Social Media Content Management:
Assist with the development and execution of monthly social media content calendars.•
Community Management:
Lead community engagement by monitoring tags, comments, creator posts, and relevant user-generated content across social media channels. Build a community presence for brand accounts by engaging with relevant audiences on social channels.•
Influencer Marketing:
Research and identify content creator candidates who align with the brand, product categories, and target audience.•
Email Marketing:
Support the preparation of newsletters and workflows, including basic newsletter graphics and layouts.•
Website & Content Updates:
Support updates to website banners, product descriptions, blog posts, e-commerce content, review management, and basic website content as directed.•
Trade Show & Event Support:
Support the Marketing Manager with trade show and event planning and execution, including timelines, task lists, materials, signage, product lists, and setup requirements.•
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with print, event, and other vendors to support production needs, including quotes, timelines, approvals, files, and delivery details.•
Asset Production:
Prepare simple creative briefs and support basic content production needs, including graphics, image edits, print files, and reel/video preparation.•
Reporting & KPI Tracking:
Generate monthly social media and email performance reports from relevant platforms to update KPI dashboards.•
Administration:
Update marketing trackers and organize invoice submissions for marketing-related tools, vendors, creators, and projects. Maintain organized folders for assets, invoices, campaign records, creator agreements, reports, and marketing documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts, or a related field preferred.• 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing administration, social media, e-commerce, content support, influencer marketing support, or a related role.• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and excellent attention to detail.• Comfortable working with marketing calendars, social media scheduling, email marketing, website updates, spreadsheets, and digital files.• Strong written communication and professional follow-up skills.• Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks, timelines, and deadlines.• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and shared drives/content libraries• Comfortable using tools within Mac OS environments, such as, Shopify, Klaviyo, Sprout, Canva, Adobe Creative Suites, Monday or similar platforms. • Basic understanding of social media, email marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce. • Interest in outdoor products, retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is an asset.
