Job DescriptionJob Description Toyota Boshoku Canada (TBCA) is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team at our Elmira facility on a 1-year contract basis . Our team manufactures seats, Weld, Door trims, and interior components for the Lexus RX vehicles. Located in Elmira, Ontario, our facility is a short drive from many surrounding communities. At TBCA, our strength is our people, and we are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We Offer Starting wage: $27.75/hour Wage increase after 3 months Afternoon shift premium of $2.00/hour Overtime paid at 1.5x regular wage after 40 hours per week Health benefits available from Day 1 Team member recognition and social events throughout the year Community involvement opportunities and charitable initiatives Valuable manufacturing experience with a leading automotive supplier Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate: Has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience (experience in other fast-paced environments such as food service will also be considered) Is available to work rotating day and afternoon shifts on a two-week rotation Is willing to work mandatory overtime as required Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements Can repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs Has excellent attendance and punctuality Has forklift experience (considered an asset) Works as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude Has a high school diploma or equivalent Duties & Responsibilities Support assembly and manufacturing operations Follow standardized work instructions to maintain quality standards Train and work in multiple manufacturing processes through scheduled job rotations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet production goals and quality expectations Perform other duties as assigned Shift Schedule Day Shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Afternoon Shift 5:45 PM – 2:15 AM Note: Shifts may range from 8 to 10 hours depending on production requirements. Overtime and shift end times may vary based on business needs.
