The Team Infrastructure & Capital Projects Practice: A&M’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects (INFRA) practice is a global team of over 1,000 sector experts and specialized consultants. We combine strategic and operational expertise with deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and project leaders in selecting, structuring, improving, and executing capital projects more efficiently and sustainably. Our team serves clients across a wide range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, mining, transportation, real estate, and the public sector (state, local, federal, and education). Within the public sector, we specialize in delivering solutions across four key areas of infrastructure: capital projects, real estate/real property, capital assets/equipment, and fleet management. Our Canada team is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain with an emphasis on contract management. We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver project work streams for complex client engagements working closely with teams to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions. How you will contribute Managers lead the following types of workstreams and may be asked to both conduct analysis as well as lead teams to deliver results: Gain a comprehensive understanding of a client’s procurement organization and strategic sourcing capabilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet growth and financial objectives through effective integration with forecasting, demand/supply planning, inventory management, and distribution & logistics Develop and manage efforts in sourcing and procurement Lead supplier identification, approval, contract/pricing negotiations and vendor relations Develop implementation plans to drive proposed changes in procurement and sourcing initiatives Effectively perform analysis and/or lead teams to conduct analysis depending on project scope. Qualifications 10 plus years of combined consulting and/or industry operating experience Preference for industry roles within Sourcing and Procurement functions Demonstrated track record of leading sustainable high-impact strategic sourcing approaches Exemplary experience designing end-to-end procurement strategies Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis Your journey at A&M We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development. The salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 CAD annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
