About The Role Reporting to the Director, Student Success & Experience, the Manager provides leadership for PREP's Student Services Department and leads a team of High School Student Success Coaches. This role is responsible for ensuring students receive exceptional support throughout every stage of their PREP journey while continuously improving programs, systems, and services. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships, solving problems, and creating meaningful experiences for students and families. As a member of PREP's Leadership Team, you'll collaborate across the organization to strengthen student outcomes and help drive the continued growth of PREP. What You'll Do Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Student Success Coaches. Oversee the planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of student programs and services. Strengthen student recruitment, enrolment, engagement, retention, achievement, satisfaction, and successful transition to post-secondary education. Build meaningful relationships with students, families, schools, post-secondary institutions, employers, and community partners. Facilitate workshops, parent engagement sessions, and community events while representing PREP professionally. Use data, participant feedback, and key performance indicators to strengthen programs and improve the student experience. Support departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, and organizational priorities as a member of PREP's Leadership Team. We're looking for someone with: Experience leading teams, programs, or community initiatives. Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of youth development and post-secondary pathways. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
