Lead enterprise labour planning by integrating volume forecasts, productivity trends, and operational performance.
Own and maintain the workforce model, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and cross‑functional trust.
Build models, evaluate scenarios, and conduct deep‑dive analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
Lead consulting‑style workstreams, structuring business questions and developing hypotheses.
Connect operational and labour decisions to P&L and cost‑to‑serve outcomes.
Develop and mentor a team of analysts, elevating analytical rigor and communication quality.
Partner with Operations, Service, Network & Fleet, HR, Finance, and IT to validate insights and support execution.
Establish and track KPIs related to cost‑to‑serve, delivery efficiency, labour plan accuracy, and operational performance.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA an asset
7–10+ years in consulting, FP&A, corporate strategy, logistics strategy, or operational performance
Proven experience leading and developing analytical teams
Strong analytical rigor with the ability to build models, evaluate scenarios, and perform hands‑on analysis
Fluency with BI tools and SQL, with the ability to engage directly with data
Understanding of logistics, routing, delivery operations, or cost‑to‑serve drivers
Structured problem‑solving skills and a hypothesis‑driven approach
Executive‑level communication and storytelling capability
Financial fluency to connect operational decisions to P&L and cost‑to‑serve outcomes
High‑ownership, hands‑on leadership style with comfort operating independently and cross‑functionally
