Manager, Applied Intelligence (PR) Citizen, a global PR agency, is hiring a Manager for our Applied Intelligence team to develop and lead measurement and analytics solutions for our clients. Key responsibilities include owning end‑to‑end effectiveness stories, building custom measurement models, gathering and analyzing complex data, and delivering compelling insights and dashboards. Responsibilities Own the Effectiveness Story: Act as the ultimate anchor for campaign measurement. You will synthesize data across earned, owned, and paid channels to build cohesive, bullet‑proof narratives that prove how our work drives real business impact for global brands. Bespoke Measurement & Framework Development: Architect custom measurement models and frameworks tailored specifically to unique client objectives. Build and execute methodology to solve complex brand questions. Agile Data Analysis & Gathering: Act as a resourceful data wrangler, analyze and transform data from various sources, leveraging Python for ad‑hoc data collection, API integration, or web scraping. Data Storytelling & Deliverables: Own the final client output from start to finish, including interactive dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau) and highly tailored strategic decks. Requirements 4–6 years of experience within a media agency, digital analytics firm, or research house, with a track record of owning client‑facing measurement and analytics outputs. BSc in statistics, economics, finance or related degree; Masters degree a plus. Strong experience using Python for data science workflows – manipulation (Pandas/NumPy), transformation, and ad‑hoc data collection; comfort with modern AI tools. Proficient in multiple regression analysis, data modeling, and building statistical forecasting models. Hands‑on experience with paid media platform UIs, digital marketing tracking environments, and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, NetBase). A blend of analytical confidence and team‑first agility – able to explain complex data problems and build dashboards, datasets, and pull data personally.
