The Audit Manager is responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, supervising engagement teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services in accordance with Deloitte methodologies, IFRS, ISA, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services. Lead engagement planning, risk assessment, execution, and completion of audit assignments. Review work performed by engagement teams and provide technical guidance and coaching. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements. Identify and resolve complex accounting, auditing, and reporting issues. Ensure compliance with Deloitte audit methodology, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review engagement budgets, monitor project profitability, and manage resource allocation. Communicate engagement progress, key risks, and issues to Partners and Directors. Participate in business development activities, proposal preparation, and client presentations. Support recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development of audit professionals. Contribute to knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and continuous improvement of audit processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) completed or in progress. 5+ years of external audit experience, preferably within a professional services firm Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and financial reporting requirements. Experience in PCAOB engagements would be a plus Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
