The Delivery Services Team is seeking a
Manager - Delivery Lead
. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful design, build, testing, and implementation of solutions aligned to client operating models and strategic priorities, with a strong focus on
program management
,
project management
, and delivery within
Financial Services or ERP environments
.
What you will do
Support end-to-end project delivery to meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards
Coordinate workstream leads to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with client stakeholders to execute integrated project plans
Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions to maintain alignment and engagement
Work with solution leads to support delivery aligned with business transformation goals
Lead specific delivery workstreams (design, data, integration, testing, etc.)
Plan and track workstream activities to ensure milestones are achieved
Track cross-workstream dependencies and escalate where required
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues, escalating through governance as appropriate
Support AI-enabled delivery approaches
, including leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and insights
What you bring to the role
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (asset)
5-7 years of experience in
program management
,
project management
, or project delivery
Demonstrated experience as a
Project Manager
with the ability to execute project plans and manage deliverables
Experience supporting risk and issue management processes
Exposure to budgeting and resource tracking
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a structured delivery environment
Experience delivering programs or projects in
Financial Services
and/or
ERP delivery
environments
Exposure to AI-enabled delivery practices
, including use of AI/automation tools in project execution
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies , and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
