This role requires someone who can think independently, manage multiple priorities, and confidently lead projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate understands the construction and manufacturing process and can effectively coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and external partners. Hands‑on renovation or construction experience is a strong asset. We value practical experience, problem‑solving ability, and sound judgment just as much as formal education. Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and maintain project quotes Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications Participate in technical discussions with contractors and project stakeholders Create and submit comprehensive submittal packages Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with minimal supervision Coordinate internally across departments to ensure smooth project execution Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong professional relationships Travel to the United States as required for project needs Qualifications Construction or manufacturing knowledge Strong communication skills Practical, common‑sense problem solving Renovation experience is an asset Medical field experience is a plus Engineering background is a plus What We Value Independence and initiative Strong organizational skills Ability to interpret technical information Professionalism when dealing with customers and contractors A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 *Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, skills and qualifications. *Only selected candidates will be contacted. *This job is fully on site Monday to Friday. *This is a current, real vacancy that needs to be filled as soon as possible.
