Job Description
Our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division (HVPD) is seeking a strong, results-driven, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a
Major Accounts Manager
.
In this role, you will be accountable for managing all aspects of major accounts, including account set-up, ongoing maintenance, and strategic development. The focus of this position is the overall management and implementation of key regional and national accounts, regional sales growth, and operational improvement initiatives across Central Canada (Ontario).
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Store Managers, Operations Managers, Outside Sales Representatives, and Product Management teams, to drive program efficiencies and ensure best-in-class service for both regional and national accounts.

Salary Range:
$77,000 – $96,200 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the set-up, maintenance, and development of major regional and national accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability
Strengthen customer relationships to ensure long-term partnership and success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective programs and operational improvements
Support regional sales development initiatives
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed
Participate in key decision-making processes related to account strategy and growth
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
7–10 years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management
Experience in dealer/member, retail, or wholesale environments within heavy-duty truck & trailer, automotive, or related sectors
Proven success managing accounts within a complex sales environment
Demonstrated involvement in key decision-making processes related to account management
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel up to 50% within Ontario
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma (considered an asset)
