Job Description Independently perform Senior level support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks. Drives technical, safety, and process improvement efforts using a variety of industry methods. Responsibilities Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met. Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops. Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc. Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization #LI-AL1
