Maintenance Tech Job description: Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift $22.00 – $30.00 per hour | Full-Time | Immediate Openings We are expanding our maintenance team and are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and keeping production running, this is a strong long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Respond to line-down calls and troubleshoot production equipment Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and production machinery Diagnose PLC issues (limited programming required) Work collaboratively with production and quality teams Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Requirements Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Pay and Benefits $22.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Employee product discounts Work Environment Onsite position Approximately 80 percent of time spent on the production floor Company-issued shirt with casual work attire Safety-focused workplace following OSHA, LOTO, HACCP, and PPE standards Location: In person Shifts Available: 2nd Shift Job Type: Full-time Apply today.
