Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance SupervisorBrampton, ON | Full-Time | Permanent | Day Shift$100,000 – $115,000 + 7% Bonus We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact by improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and developing a high-performing maintenance team. Responsibilities Lead and mentor Millwrights, Electricians, and Maintenance Technicians Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment Improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes Partner with Production to maximize plant uptime Promote a safe and continuous improvement culture Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Previous Maintenance Supervisor, Team Lead, or Lead Hand experience Strong mechanical and/or electrical background Skilled trades certification (433A, 442A, or 309A) or Engineering background is an asset Food manufacturing experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer $100,000 – $115,000 salary 7% Annual Bonus Comprehensive Benefits Up to 3 Weeks Vacation Career growth in a growing manufacturing operation #OPSK
