Your care and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a memorable stay in the Canadian Rockies. What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director, Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Follow policies, procedures and service standards Respond to all calls as efficiently as possible from all departments within the hotel Troubleshoot issues using trade support, source material found on line or in owner manuals Complete preventative maintenance/work order tickets assigned Respond to all emergency/fire alarm/ loss of power calls as required Responsible for ensuring the safe condition and safe operation of all equipment before use Follow all safety and sanitation policies including documentation as required Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel vehicles Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions.
