About the Opportunity:
A well-established automotive stamping manufacturer in the Windsor area is seeking
two Maintenance Millwrights
to join the maintenance teams at two of its production facilities (one position at each location, both situated on the Windsor/LaSalle border). These are permanent, full-time roles supporting high-volume automotive stamping production in modern, fast-paced facilities running advanced manufacturing technology.

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide maintenance support across all areas of production, ensuring machines and facilities operate safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures — both routine and non-routine — to minimize downtime
Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Support preventative and corrective maintenance on stamping equipment, feed-line systems, and related production machinery
Work collaboratively with electricians, automation specialists, and the broader maintenance team
Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, and HR standards
What We're Looking For:
Certified Industrial Mechanic/Millwright (433A)
preferred (3rd- or 4th-year apprentices may be considered)
3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery
Stamping equipment / feed-line systems experience is a strong asset
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Ability to work a rotating shift schedule (days, afternoons, midnights)
Self-motivated, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
