Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin Woodbridge Pallet, a growing leader in pallet manufacturing, as a Maintenance Mechanic. About the Role: As a Maintenance Mechanic at Woodbridge Pallet, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently. From performing routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, your hands-on expertise will help minimize downtime and support a smooth manufacturing process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do • Maintain saws, nailing machines, conveyors & more • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues • Weld & fabricate for equipment repairs/mods • Service forklifts & material handling gear • Perform building repairs & support installations • Follow all safety procedures including LOTO • Keep accurate maintenance records & manage spare parts inventory What You Bring •3 plus year’s experience in manufacturing, sawmills, or pallet/wood processing preferred. Forklift License an asset. • Strong mechanical knowledge • Physically fit for a dusty, fast-paced setting • Team player with strong problem-solving skills • Flexible schedule and available for afternoon shifts + emergency repairs What We Offer • $24–$26/hour + overtime-depending on experience • 44 hours/week | Mon–Fri, afternoon shifts with occasional weekends • Full benefits: dental, vision, extended health This posting is for a current vacancy.
