Are you the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? Reporting to the Maintenance Manager of a hotel complex, the Maintenance Attendant performs general interior and exterior maintenance work. The incumbent must be able to carry out tasks related to building mechanics, electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and various minor repairs. What You’ll Do Proceed to visual inspection of the equipment Actively participate in preventive building maintenance procedures Perform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedule Perform interior and exterior work Report any defective systems and make the necessary corrections Possibility of gathering materiel outside the property Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder Responsible for maintaining all mechanical component of the building under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor Proceed to minor electrical work (ex: light bulbs change) Ensure that service manuals are follow during preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of systems or components and adhere to sound engineering practices, building codes and health & safety precautions What You’ll Bring Experience in building maintenance High school Diploma or College diploma in mechanical technic of a building or an equivalent is an asset In good physical condition, capable of handling heavy materials and perform labour intensive duties, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 100 pounds without assistance What We Offer Are you passionate about travel?
