Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr Job Overview: The candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, support, and evolve mainframe software applications delivering banking services while ensuring high platform availability and maintenance. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and evolve software to deliver banking services. Lead conversion, attestation, and audit initiatives. Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Assess and analyze business and technical requirements in order to provide estimates and establish plans and timelines. Create, update, and contribute to critical documentation relevant to the projects. Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and various IT partners. Available for after-hours production support when needed. Requirements: Completion of a post-secondary education. Production support experience with on-call rotation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong background in software maintenance, especially mainframe. Expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS (DB/Online/Batch), DB2, MQSeries, Git/Endevor, and Zeke. Nice-to-Have: Understanding and usage of z/OS Connect, IDz, zUnit, and test automation. Experience with CI/CD mainframe pipeline.
