Continental Night Shift:7pm-7am Wage: $23/hr Job Duties and Responsibilities: Start-up and shutdown of machines Complete pre-start checklists and daily production reports Assist with scheduled maintenance (bi-weekly) Monitor belts to ensure no jams, stoppages, overall performance of machine Monitor metal detectors and look for contaminants in material (metal, wood, debris, etc.) Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as required Maintain a clean and safe working environment Assist other operators when required Requirements: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Must be mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills Excellent attendance & punctuality Fast learner who is able to follow instructions Able to stand for duration of shift and constantly lift up to 50lbs Previous experience as a machine operator in a production/manufacturing facility is an asset What we offer: Competitive wage Paid vacation & holidays Over time after 40 hours per week Comprehensive benefit package Safety boot reimbursement Company social events Birthday off with pay Our organization will, upon request, provide accommodations for disabilities to support your participation in all aspects of our Recruitment Process. #NWRIndeed
