Job DescriptionJob Description We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our night shift team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work. Location: Concord, ON (Langstaff Jane) Shift: Night Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $19.75/hour Key Responsibilities: - Set up and calibrate equipment and accessories as required - Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions - Operate machines efficiently and maintain product quality - Perform first-off part inspections and adjust machine settings if needed - Identify and report non-conforming materials or parts - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity Qualifications: - Experience with CNC and/or manual machining preferred - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and use measuring tools - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Capable of working independently on the night shift - Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures Interested in this opportunity?
