Обязанности: Working on M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side, JVs, VC and PE investments) in different industries in Kazakhstan (including inbound investments) Valuation, financial modeling, comparable analysis, benchmarking Preparation of presentations, teasers, info memos, etc. Market analysis, strategy development and analysis Требования: 1-4 years of relevant experience in the areas of M&A, corporate finance and Valuation from IBs, in-house M&A teams, PEs and Big 4 Higher education in finance or economics from top universities CFA is a plus Experience in valuation / financial modeling is a must. Strong knowledge of corporate finance. Good knowledge of accounting Strong analytical and communication skills Languages – fluency in English and Russian is a must, knowledge of Kazakh is a plus International experience is a plus Условия: Full-time position Based in Astana, Kazakhstan Work from office
