And the strength of our business is our exceptional people! The Lot Attendant aids in bringing to life BUDDS' BMW brand experience. This position is designed to support the needs of a thriving and busy vehicle service department. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Reliable & punctual attendance Being polite & professional; greeting service customers in our service lane as they arrive Processing vehicle check-ins, tagging keys, putting seat covers & floor mats in customer vehicles on arrival carefully driving and parking customer vehicles Staying organized - monitoring vehicle status and ensuring vehicles are promptly washed (we have a carwash on-site) when service work is complete Communication & Teamwork -- it takes a village to move 60 - 80 customer vehicles a day, and keep everything flowing smoothly from check-in to aiding with customer pick-ups. Successful Candidates Possess: Ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Possess a valid driver’s license (Class G) and a clean driving record. Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude. Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic. Loves a fast-paced environment.
