This is a key role in maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient dealership environment. If you take initiative, work well independently, and perform best in a fast-paced setting with constant activity, this role will be a strong fit. This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in staying busy and maintaining high standards throughout the day. What You’ll Be Doing Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot at all times Move vehicles throughout the lot, and service areas as needed Assist with staging vehicles for photos, videos, and advertising Inspect incoming vehicles and report any damage or concerns Ensure keys are properly logged, stored, and tracked Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals, test drives, and deliveries Assist with day-to-day operational needs across the dealership Perform general lot duties (snow removal, garbage disposal, battery boosts, etc.) Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail What We’re Looking For Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do Strong multitasking ability and comfort handling competing priorities Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clear communication and a customer-focused approach Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but not required Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Why Join Driven Auto Group Fast-growing dealership with real opportunities for advancement Supportive, high-energy team environment A role where your work directly impacts daily operations and customer experience Consistent hours in a dynamic, fast-paced setting A company culture that values accountability, initiative, and professionalism
